Qualifications for Franchise
1.Franchisee must be fully committed to operating and managing the business full-time.
2.Franchisee must complete 35 days (280 hours) of professional training provided by the headquarters and pass the evaluation.
3.A minimum of five staff members must also pass the evaluation before opening the store.
4.Franchisee should have a strong passion for the tea beverage industry and align with Da Ming’s brand, products, corporate culture, and business philosophy.
5.Franchisee must possess enthusiasm for service, an optimistic and proactive personality, self-confidence, and good credit history.
6.Willing to comply with the headquarters'guidance, operational strategies, and business concepts.
7.Store location and business district must be approved by Daming before operations can commence.
8.Raw materials must be purchased from Daming's headquarters or designated suppliers.
How to Become a Franchisee
1.Fill out the franchise application form online.
2.A representative will contact you for consultation.
3.Initial screening of franchisee qualifications.
4.Evaluation of the store location and business district.
5.Sign the franchise agreement.
6.On-site training at the store location and store construction/renovation.
7.Pre-opening preparations and support from the representative.
8.Grand opening and official operations begin.
